MORTON GROVE, Ill – April 25, 2016 – Alfa Tools introduces 1/2” Shank Blitz Car Reamers with a left hand helix as part of its existing Blitz line.  With the transportation industry and the commercial construction professional in mind, these Reamers were specifically designed for various types of metals, including stainless steel and tough alloys. As with all Blitz products, these are proudly made in the U.S.A.

Blitz Car Alignment Reamers allow users to enlarge and align existing holes in structural steel erection, automotive, truck/trailer manufacturing and any kind of maintenance work. They are also used for deburring welded and punched holes.

Other features include three-flats on the shank to prevent slippage. The Black and Gold finish ensures heat resistance and adds more lubrication. The five-flute design not only provides a truer, rounder hole, but it also creates a smoother finish, saving the user time. The built-in collar prevents over-penetration for protection.

Blitz Car Reamers are available in fractional sizes, 3/8” – 1-1/16” with a shank diameter of 3/8”, 7/16” and 1/2”.  They are also available in a 5-piece Handy Roll set.
