WARRANTY INFORMATION
Alfa Tools warrants that each product manufactured or supplied by Alfa Tools shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase
Alfa Tools’ sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty is limited to Alfa Tools furnishing without additional charge a replacement for, or at its option, repairing or issuing credit for any such product which shall be returned, transportation charges prepaid, to the plant designated by an Alfa Tools representative and which upon inspection is determined by Alfa Tools to be defective in material or workmanship.
This warranty applies only to the first person that buys the product directly from an Alfa Tools distributor representative. The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any Alfa Tools product which has been subject to misuse and improper operating conditions or which has been repaired or modified.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose, beyond those described above. Alfa Tools’ sole liability on any claim of any kind, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any loss or damage arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the manufacture, sale, delivery, or use of the products sold hereunder shall in no case exceed the cost of replacement or repair as provided herein.
In no event shall Alfa Tools be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, made by Alfa Tools except the warranty against defects in material and workmanship set forth above and Alfa Tools neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or firm to assume for it any other obligations or liability in connection with its products. |
